Return & Refund Policy

  • We are happy to exchange any product within 10 days with products of same or higher value, with the price difference borne by the customer. 
  • No cash refunds. Our return/exchange policy offers refunds in the form of "closed wallets" for order placed with us. The amount is credited in the closed wallet for customers to use for future purchases.
  • You must inform us within 2 days of receipt of the garment and return it within 10 days 
  • Our team will get in touch with you to help you with the exchange query within 48 - 72 hours after placing your request.
  • All products should be intact, unused and unwashed for all exchanges. We reserve the right to decide if the item is saleable and can be exchanged.
  • Arrangements for returns and exchanges can be made. 
  • No return/exchange for any personalised or made to order products.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability of the product required in exchange.
