Returns Policy

1. We are happy to exchange any product within 10 days with products of same or higher value, with the price difference borne by the customer.

2. No cash refunds. Our return/exchange policy offers refunds in the form of "closed wallets/gift cards" for order placed with us. The amount is credited in the closed wallet/gift card for customers to use for future purchases.

3. You must inform us within 2 days of receipt of the garment and return it within 10 days

4. Our team will get in touch with you to help you with the exchange query within 48 - 72 hours after placing your request.

5. All products should be intact, unused and unwashed for all exchanges. We reserve the right to decide if the item is saleable and can be exchanged.

6. Arrangements for returns and exchanges can be made. The shipping for same will be borne by you.

7. Shipping policy for the exchanged merchandise is the same as for original purchase.

8. No return/exchange for any personalised or made to order products.

9. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

10. All exchanges are subject to availability of the product required in exchange.

We, at Me and Mine, will try our best to make sure that your orders reach you in time.

To help us achieve this we have partnered with trusted shipping company ( Shiprocket or any other ).

We ship across India and Internationally.

Shipping charges are borne by the customer and invoice for same will be attached. International shipping prices vary by destination.

COD facility is available for selected pin codes in India.

COD orders require you to first make the payment to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel.

The courier partner delivering your order is not in charge for your exchange or returns. All returns and exchanges process will be attended through Customer Care : hello@meandmine.in

Our standard delivery time is 10 working days from order confirmation.

We ship orders through multiple facilities – your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.

On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms.

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking details of your parcel.
