We, at me and mine, will try our best to make sure that your orders reach you in time.

To help us achieve this, we have partnered with trusted shipping company, 'Shiprocket'.

• We ship across India and Internationally.
• Shipping charges are borne by the customer and invoice for same will be attached. International shipping prices vary by destination.
• COD facility is available for selected pin codes in India.
• COD orders require you to first make the payment to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. 
• The courier partner delivering your order is not in charge for your exchange or returns. All returns and exchanges process will be attended through Customer Care : hello@meandmine.in
• Our standard delivery time is 10 - 15 working days from order confirmation.
• We ship orders through multiple facilities – your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.
• On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 
• Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking details of your parcel.
